What Kemen connects to, and what it can do there

Kemen's agents work over the systems an advisory firm already runs: the CRM, the custodian, each advisor's calendar and inbox. They read from those systems, draft work for an advisor, and write back only what an advisor has approved.

11 integrations are live today. 32 more are planned, and we list them so you can see where we're heading. A planned integration doesn't work yet.

Live today

Each of these is built and in use. The second column says exactly what Kemen reads and writes.

How a connection works

Agents read a synced copy, not your vendors' live APIs. Kemen syncs each connected system into one store, and every record keeps where it came from. That's how every figure in a draft can cite the account, holding or contact behind it.

Writing back is a named action that waits for approval. Today the only write into a firm's system of record is a note on the client's Wealthbox contact, made when an advisor approves a review pack, meeting notes or a follow-up. Beyond that, Kemen only sends messages to your advisors and events to a webhook you configure. The CRM stays the file of record.

Custodians without a partnership. Direct custodial feeds need an agreement with each custodian. Until then, Kemen reads the standard positions export from Schwab, Fidelity and Altruist, which needs nothing from the custodian.

Firm-specific systems. If your firm runs something that isn't listed, a pilot can usually start with a file export and a field mapping your IT admin reviews. That mapping is versioned, and you can roll it back.

Using a planned integration? Tell us when you apply for the pilot. What pilot firms ask for decides what we build next.

Kemen is in private beta

We're onboarding a small group of independent advisory firms as pilot partners. Leave your work email and we'll reach out.
